Hey there, carb lovers and sweet tooth’s alike!

I’m Linda — accidental entrepreneur, full-time flour fairy, and the proud (and slightly floured) owner of Fredericksburg Bakes, the bakery that was definitely not part of my five-year plan. Let me explain.

It All Started with Cinnamon Rolls...

Like many people, I spent the early days of the pandemic doing what any sane person would do during global chaos: stress-baking. What began as “just one pan of cinnamon rolls” quickly turned into a full-blown obsession.

Turns out, I wasn't just baking to pass the time — I had accidentally discovered my JOY.

The Rise of Fredericksburg Bakes (Get it? Rise? Like dough? I'll stop.)

Fast-forward a few thousand cookies, countless recipe experiments, and one very messy kitchen later — I decided to turn this flour-dusted fever dream into something real. Fredericksburg Bakes was born out of a love for homemade goodness, community connection, and butter. Lots and lots of butter.

We're now proudly serving Fredericksburg City, VA with baked-from-scratch joy — everything from ooey-gooey cookies and wildly addictive cinnamon rolls.
